The Counseling Department staff is deeply committed to providing prevention, intervention, and modeling to encourage students to take responsibility for their mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and occupational development. We are here for you! 

Speak to a licensed therapist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling (352) 588-TALK. You may also email counseling@saintleo.edu to schedule an appointment.  

If there is an emergency or safety concern requiring immediate assistance, please call Campus Safety at (352) 588-8333 or dial 911.

Faculty Consultations and Assistance

We provide brief consultations and professional assistance for faculty and staff of the University and University Centers with concerns about the mental health of a student.

If you are concerned about a student and would like a consultation regarding the student’s safety and mental well-being, please contact Lawson Jolly at (352) 588-8354 or lawson.jolly@saintleo.edu. We always have an on-call rotation for our therapists to assist in any safety issues as student and Saint Leo community safety is our #1 mission.
